The idea of making a white cranberry-flavored aquavit was born at - where else? - Aquavit, the premier Scandinavian restaurant in New York City, which was twice awarded three stars by The New York Times, in 1995 and 2001.

Over the years, many customers have toasted Aquavit's bar in recognition of the unique white cranberry-flavored aquavit they created, while others complained they couldn't take any home.

Fortunately, Aquavit has shared their secret with us by offering their wildly popular white cranberry-flavored liquor in a bottle. In tribute, we named it AQUAVIT NEW YORK.
